Hi, I'm Elizabeth McCormick, Owner of In A Pinch Subs, LLC
I am the owner and operator of In a Pinch Subs. I started In a Pinch in 2008 after being in the childcare field for many years. I graduated from Peace College in 2002 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, after many years of nannying, teaching in preschools, classrooms and directing childcare centers I saw a need firsthand for quality substitutes! As a mother of four children, I understand how important it is to have professional well-trained childcare providers in the classroom!
Hi, I'm Angelica Jackson, Operations manager of In A Pinch Subs, LLC
My name is Angelica Jackson and I am the current Operations Manager for In a Pinch Subs. I have been working with In a Pinch Subs since 2019. I first began as a Childcare Substitute before becoming the Operations Manager in 2022. I attended Boise State University where I graduated with a BA in Early Childhood Studies in 2010 and have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for the past 17 years. It has been a wonderful experience being part of the In a Pinch Subs team and being able to provide services for some amazing childcare centers in the Treasure Valley. In my spare time I enjoy reading, knitting, and spending time outdoors with my husband and our daughter.
